If the regular monthly fee was not collected when due, that is on the 1st of month between 00:00 and 05:00 Astana time, due to insufficient account balance or credit limit, the rates shown above will apply until the fee is paid.
The fee will be collected once the account balance or credit limit is sufficient to cover the fee, in which case the fee and included allowance will be prorated by the number of days remaining in that month (including the fee payment date).
When several different services are activated at a time, there is no established priority for the collection of service charges and the tariff fee. You are therefore recommended to maintain sufficient balance in your account to cover the tariff fee and service charges as well as to check if they had been duly collected.
Billing increments: calls — 1 second, data — 1KB.
Maximum call duration is 30 minutes.
Rates are shown in tenge inclusive of VAT and valid across Kazakhstan (within Kcell network coverage area), except while roaming. Services other than those listed in the table above are billed at our standard rates applicable as of the date of use.
Customer can activate the tariff:
If tariff is activated any time after the 1st of month, the tariff fee and included allowance will be prorated by the number of days remaining in that month (including the date when tariff fee was collected).
Tariff is activated even if balance in the customer’s account is not sufficient to cover the tariff fee. In which case, usage will be billed based on the rates applied «when tariff fee is not paid».
Included allowance is renewed upon collection of the tariff fee, which is due on the 1st of each month between 00:00 and 05:00, Astana time.
When the tariff is activated by a customer who is part to a corporate group (closed user group), he/she will stay in that group but calls to his/her mobile number from other members of that group will be billed based on the on-net call rates for their tariffs. Calls by a customer on a PRESTIGE+ tariff to other corporate group members will be billed based on the on-net call rate in accordance with the PRESTIGE+ tariff terms and conditions.
If a prepaid customer switches tariffs, the Tariff fee will not be refunded and any remaining inclusive allowance will be lost.
If a postpaid customer switches tariffs, the Tariff fee collected at the beginning of month will be prorated by the number of days he/she stayed on the Tariff and any remaining prorated allowance will be lost.
If customer goes over their inclusive allowance, usage will be charged based on the respective overage rates
When tariff is activate by a customer who has any of the following services active on his/her account:
Unlimited Internet, One Year Internet, Half Year Internet or Quarterly Internet service active on his/her account — data allowance from a PRESTIGE+ tariff is used up first. When data allowance from both the Tariff and service is used up, data speed is reduced to 64 kbps for the remainder of the month.
Mobile Internet+ — data allowance from MI+ is used up first. When data allowance from both MI+ and Tariff is used up, further usage will be billed based on MI+ rates until the next billing cycle for the PRESTIGE tariff
Data Packs ‘Internet 5’, ‘Internet 10’, ‘Internet 20’, ‘Internet 30’, ‘Internet 40’ — data allowance from PRESTIGE+ tariff takes priority. When data allowance from both the pack and Tariff is used up, data speed is reduced to 64 kbps for the remainder of the month.
SMS Packs — SMS allowance from the add-on service takes priority and is used up first.
Add-on services that come with included onnet calls and SMS, offnet national calls, international calls and incoming calls while roaming in supported countries, allowance provided under such services takes priority and is used up first.
Tariff is not available to customers who have an ongoing phone contract.
The Company may review or amend these rules.
