Activation and subscriber fee charge-off
When pack is activated anytime after the 1st of the month, monthly fee will be prorated by the number of days remaining in that month. The full amount of the monthly fee will collected on the 1st of each month after midnight (Astana time), provided Subscribers have enough balance (prepay billing) or credit limit (postpaid billing). If Subscriber’s balance or credit limit is not sufficient to cover the data pack monthly fee, the pack will be activated but data usage will be billed based on the rates applied when monthly fee is not paid for the remainder of that month. Once the Subscriber tops up their account with sufficient amount, the monthly fee will be collected and data allowance renewed, both prorated by the number of days remaining in that month (including payment date).
Data Pack allowance is available for use irrespective of your account balance (prepaid billing) or credit limit (postpaid billing).
Data allowance is prorated by the number of days remaining in that month (including payment date) and valid till the 1st of the next month. On the 1st of the month, data allowance is renewed, subject to payment of monthly fee (until then, data usage will be billed based on the rates applied when monthly fee is not paid). Subscribers can check their remaining allowance by calling *100#OK or *111*3#OK.
To check data balance, subscribers should dial *111*3#OK. Subscribers are responsible to monitor their data usage and allowance renewal. The Company will not compensate the Subscribers for data charges incurred in excess of inclusive allowance or before it is renewed.
Internet traffic under the Tariff accrued during an active Internet session will not be valid. Data allowance renewed while customers are engaged in an active data session will not be available for use until they close all their active sessions.
Terms of connection and disconnection
Data packs can be activated on any postpaid or PAYG tariff, except for Alga 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 tariffs, subject to combinability rules. If Subscribers balance or credit limit is not sufficient to cover the data pack monthly fee, the pack will be activated but data usage will be billed based on the rates applied when monthly fee is not paid for the remainder of that month.
Only one pack can be activated at a time. To activate another pack, Subscribers must deactivate their current pack.
If pack is deactivated, any unused data allowance is lost.
